I, NEIL WARNER YAHN, ESQUIRE, of the Law Firm of James, Smith, Dietterick &
Connelly, LLP, and as Domestic Administratar of the Estate of Guolaug Brynja Guojonsdottir,
hereby state that I will advance service of the Motion to Compromise and subsequent Order upon
Foreign Counsel (Halldor Reynir Halldorsson) and the beneficiaries of the aforementioned
estate. Given the nature of this matter and the foreign residencies of certain parties, I will issue
copies of the above documents however they may best be received (regular mail, international
mail, electronic mail, etc.).
