AND NOW, this 8th day of December, 2014, upon consideration of the attached
Petition, and the Court noting all beneficiaries having consented thereto, it is hereby
ORDERED and DIRECTED that:
1. Petitioner, Jefferson J. Shipman, may purchase, in his individual capacity, the
residence situate and known at 106 W. Main Street, Shiremanstown,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to, and in accordance with the
Agreement of Sale attached to the Petition as Exhibit 6; and
2. That the proceeds from the sale of the Property be distributed to the Estate of
Jayne A. Shipman.
