MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM
Claimant, Michael E. Jones, t/d/b/a Jones Construction and Lawn Services, through the
undersigned counsel, files this claim against the property situate at 10 Slate Hill Road,
Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for the payment
of a debt due to Claimant as a contractor for labor furnished by Claimant in refinishing
the hardwood floors in the living room, dining room and three bedrooms in said premises.
In support of the following claim,the Claimant makes the following statement:
1. The Claimant files this mechanic's lien claim as a contractor and not as a
subcontractor and therefore no Notice of Intent to Lien was needed to be
given to Property Owner.
2. The owner of the property is DJ Property Management, LLC,with an address
of 13 Homestead Lane, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011.
3. The labor and the property which are subject to this claim is 10 Slate Hill
Road,Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011, as more fully described in that
deed recorded as Cumberland County Recorder of Deed Instrument
#201415998.
4. The labor for which the debt is due was furnished for the agreed sum of
$2,875.00.
5. The labor for which the debt is due consisted of the refinishing the hardwood
floors in the living room, dining room and three(3)bedrooms in said
premises, and the costs of applying two coats of finish, a more detailed
itemization is attached and incorporated hereto as Exhibit A.
6. The Claimant completed his work at the property on October 27, 2014, which
is less than six (6)months before the filing of this Claim.

7. Claimant has not been paid anything towards the debt due for the stated
labor and there is due and owing the sum of$2,875.00 for which the claim is
made.

correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief and that this Mechanic's Lien
Claim is brought in sincerity and truth for the reasons mentioned in the said Answer. I
