WHEREAS, Michael G. Warfel of 1077 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Tiday Property Management, LLC of 2
W Mulberry Hill Road, Carlisle, PA, for the erection of a building upon premises commonly
known as 19 Marina Drive, Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
as set forth in the deed dated recorded at in the
Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in
Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, December 4, 2014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for
the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,more particularly bounded and described as follows,to wit:
BEGINNING at a point located on the western right-of-way line of the Marina Drive at the
southeast corner of Lot G9 on the hereinafter referenced Plan;thence along the southern boundary line
of Lot G9,South 82 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds West,a distance of 150.00 feet to a point on the
Community Open Space on said Plan;thence along said Open Space the following two(2)courses and
distances: (1)South 07 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East,a distance of 75.56 feet to a point;(2)
thence South 15 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East,a distance of 84.15 feet to a point being the
northwest corner of Lot G7 on said Plan;thence along the northern boundary line of Lot G7,North 64
degrees 14 minutes 55 seconds East,a distance of 164.41 feet to a point on the right-of-way line of
Marina Drive;thence along Marina Drive,by a curve to the right,having a radius of 350.00 feet and an
arc length of 110.00 feet to a point,the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot G8 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Floribunda Heights,Phase I,Section 10.B and
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office at Instrument No.201200886.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a portion of a 30'stormsewer easement along the southern boundary line of the herein
referenced lot.
