AND NOW, this ��, day of December, 2014, upon consideration of the Petition
of Cumberland County Office of Aging & Community Services to adjudicate Lyle D. Massie as
an incapacitated person on an emergency basis, this Court finds that Lyle D. Massie is an
incapacitated person and adjudicates him as such, and the Cumberland County Office of Aging
& Community Services is appointed as the emergency guardian of the person and estate of Lyle
D. Massie for a minimum period of Seventy-Two (72)hours, to be extended for a period of
Twenty (20) days to permit the Cumberland County Office of Aging & Community Services to
initiate a full guardianship proceeding.
