PETITION BY COUNSEL FOR LEAVE TO RESIGN
Stephen J. Hogg, Esquire, Petitioner, requests the Court to authorize
his withdrawal as counsel of the estate of Gerald E. Smith Sr., deceased.
Petitioner respectfully represents that:
1. On July 21, 2014, letters of Administrat;on were issued to Barbara
Smith, who qualified and was appointed by the Register of Wills of the
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as
" Administratrix of the estate of Gerald E. Smith, Sr., Deceased.
2. Gerald E. Smith, Sr., Decedent named above, at the time of death
resided at 333 Ponderosa Road, in the city of Carlisle, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and died on March 2,
2014.
, 3. The persons interested in the estate of Gerald E. Smith, Sr., deceased,
who do not join in this petition, and all other persons interested in the
estate of Decedent, and their respective addresses are as follows:

-- E. Smith, Sr., as there is no other person step ' g in to administer the Estate.
