1 . Bryn Mawr Trust is authorized to contract for the
refurbishing of the tennis courts at Mrs . Knisely' s home in
accordance with the proposal of Sport Builders dated August 19,
2014 . Insofar as the proposal is dated in August and the work
will not start until spring, Bryn Mawr may pay any additional
sums occasioned as a result of inflationary pressures or
increased costs of the proposal up to $5, 000 .00 without further
Order of Court .
2 . We will decide at a later date whether or not it
would be appropriate to seek reimbursement from the remaindermen
from the real estate trust for these charges .
3 . To the extent that the income is insufficient to
cover the charges authorized by this Order, Bryn Mawr Trust has
the authority to transfer amounts from the principal account to
the income account to cover the charges authorized herein.
