Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Erika E. Honafius by Deed dated February
5, 1993 and recorded March 12, 1993 in the Recorder of Deeds Office of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania. A copy of said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The property was transferred to Emily K. Honafius and Jeffrey S. Honafius,the
Decedent's two(2)children by Deed dated September 22, 2014 and recorded
September 24,2014 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office. A copy of
said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The County Assessed Value of
the real estate is$222,750.00.
