As plenary guardian of the estate, Keystone Guardianship Services shall have plenary powers over the estate of CHARLES HOWE, including but not limited to the authorization to access the financial records of CHARLES HOWE whether those records be at a Bank, a Credit Union, a Brokerage Firm or elsewhere and also the authorization to spend income and principal of the estate for the benefit of CHARLES HOWE. � `'' ���ll�l� �"T^ , eystone uar �"""`� "r t^ � �nJireiYv'f4�����r�nC.ln'a} 'aCCPtc ..f r�.T e��r-�c un�xr�� As guardian, on behalf of CHARLES HOWE, Keystone Guardianship Services shall have the authority to engage in transactions with the Internal Revenue Service and the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. These transactions shall include, but not be limited to, filing Federal and Pennsylvania lncome Tax Returns, and requesting copies of previously filed tax returns. As Guardian, Keystone Guardianship Services shall have the authority to establish an appropriate, reasonable, irrevocable burial reserve without further court approval. The Guardian of the ESTATE shall have the authority and responsibility to manage and use the incapacitated person's property primarily for his benefit in accordance with 20 Pa. C.S.A. 5536(a). The Guardian of the ESTATE is permitted to spend INCOME for the care and maintenance of the incapacitated person without the Court's written approval. It is further ORDERED that, as needed to maintain services for CHARLES HOWE the Guardian of the Estate shall take all actions necessary to obtain/and or maintain medical insurance for CHARLES HOWE including determining Estate assets and make application for insurance and other benefits under the Medical Assistance Program. . A reasonable fee for services of the guardian may be made and shall be payable 1) from CHARLES HOWE'S estate; and shall CHARLES HOWE qualify for Medical Assistance 2) from the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (Department) in the amount of$100.00 per month assuming said monthly payment is not objected to by the Department. Assuming there is no objection by the Department, said $100.00 per month shall increase or decrease consistent with Department regulations. It is further ORDERED that to the extent the assets of the Estate of CHARLES HOWE are not identified at the time of the hearing, this information shall be provided to the Court no later than at the time of filing, and revisions to any Guardian bond requirements shall be made at that time. It is further ORDERED that the Guardian shall file reports provided by 20 Pa. C.S.A. § 5521(c), and applicable state and local rules. The Guardian shall also file an inventory and copy of the Will (if any) within three months of today's date. Keystone Guardianship Services having now been appointed Guardian of the PERSON and ESTATE of CHARLES HOWE, determines it appropriate to exercise the authority granted under 20 Pa.
