AND NOW, comes Patricia A. Bowser,by and through her counsel, Stacy;B7. �olf, Es�iire�-�— �

and presents this motion for a continuance of the hearing on the merits of the objections scheduled
for February 20, 2015,representing as follows:
1. Patricia A. Bowser, daughter of the decedent, Ernest H. Blake, filed Objections to
First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution on or about February 12, 2014.
2. A hearing on the merits of objections is currendy scheduled for February 20, 2015 at
2:00 p.m.
3. The undersigned seeks a continuance of the hearing because she will not be available
due to traveling out of state on the day and time of the scheduled hearing.
4. Attorney Seth Mosebey, attorney for the Estate of Ernest H. Blake,was contacted
concerning this request and he concurs in the requested continuance.
WHEREFORE, Patricia A. Bowser, respectfully request that the Court issue an Order
continuing the February 20, 2015 Hearing on the merits of the objections, along with any additional
relief that the Court may deem appropriate and just.
