NOTICE OF FILING OF ACCOUNT TO BE LISTED FOR AUDIT To All Parties in Interest: Please take notice that the following First and Partial Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Successor to Farmers Trust Company, Trustee of the Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust of George F. Gardner under Agreement dated December 24, 1992 (the "Account")has been or will be filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,no later than December 12, 2014, for audit before the Court on January 13, 2015 at a time and Court Room to be determined. The Account is being filed to acquaint interested parties with the transactions that have occurred during the trust administration. You need not appear at audit if you have no objections to the First and Partial Account, and the purpose for which the Account was filed as summarized in this Notice. If you object to any transactions shown in or omitted from the Account, or to any of the Accountant's positions identified in this Notice, you must file with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division objections thereto in writing, in accordance with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Division Rules,prior to audit, or appear in person or by counsel and present your written objections to the Court at audit. In the absence of written objections,the Court may assume that you have no such objections, confirm the First and Partial Account as stated, and grant Accountant's other relief as requested. This Notice is given to you in accordance with the Rules of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania.
