COMPLAINT AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Melham Associates,P.C.,by and through their attorneys, Wagner& Spreha, and files the following Complaint: 1. The Plaintiff, Melham Associates, P.C., is a professional corporation having as an address 2247 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County,Pennsylvania. 2. The Defendant, John Sopensky,t/d/b/a Sopensky Properties, having as an address 1300 Market Street, Suite 12, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. On or about April of 2012, Plaintiff was engaged to do work for the Defendant at 1773 and 1779 Trindle Road, South Middleton Township, Cumberland County;Pennsylvania. 4. As a result of the engagement,Plaintiff performed certain work for Defendant,which said work was done in a workman like manner. 5. From time to time, Plaintiff has billed the Defendant and Defendant has paid as the work progressed. 6. There is a balance due and owing of$4,101.45, to Plaintiff which Defendant has not paid. 7. Plaintiff believes and therefore avers that there is a balance of$4,101.45 for services rendered unto the Defendant and Defendant has no legitimate reason not to pay the same. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the Court to grant judgment in the amount of$4,101.45, plus costs and interests to Plaintiff, with the amount being within the jurisdiction of arbitration.
