KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, MARK V. LONG AND BRENDA
K. LONG, P.O. Box 84, Gratz, Pennsylvania, will receive the sum of Forty-Six Thousand One
Hundred Eighty Dollars and Twenty Cents ($46,I80.20) from MID PENN BANK, Executor of
the Estate of Sara A. Kissinger,late of the Township of East Pennsboro,County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
AND THEREFORE, we, MARK V. LONG AND BRENDA K. LONG, intending to be
legally bound hereby, do, by these presents,release,quit-claim and discharge MID PENN BANK,
as Executor of the Estate of Sara A. Kissinger,deceased and its successors and assigns, of and from
all actions, claims and demands whatsoever, related to the administration of this Estate.
We,MARK V. LONG AND BRENDA K. LONG,have been duly advised of our right to
have MID PENN BANK, as Executor, file with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
