The Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania and the charitable beneficiaries named
in the Decedent's Will were notified of their status in 2012. Pursuant to Agreement
for Lifetime Advancements in Lieu of Estate Distribution dated November 20, 2012, and filed
of record to No. 21-72-1065, the charitable beneficiaries were pre-paid their respective
bequests and have no current interest in Decedent's Estate or right to notice under
