as 2027 Lenox Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. The property was acquired by Pil Saeng
Brown by Deed dated September 29, 1970 and recorded September 29, 1970 in the
Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds Office,a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The property was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale dated
November 4, 2014, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final
settlement took place on December 12, 2014. Copies of the Deed conveying the real
estate, as well as the Settlement Sheet,are attached hereto and incorporated herein.
