AND NOW, comes Petitioner, Sheree L. Fraker, by and throug�h her co�el,� ..�'� !
Bradley L Griffie, Esquire, and the law firm of Griffie and Associates, P.C., and petitions s
a court as follows:
1. Petitioner previously filed a Petition to Renounce Right to Administer Property of
No Value, said Petition being filed on October 3, 2014.
2. Pursuant to the Petition, the Court issued an Order dated October 8, 2014, a copy
of said Order being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as
Exhibit"A".
3. As per the Affidavit of Service filed in this matter on October 30, 2014, a copy of
the Court's Order of October 8, 2014 was served upon Respondents, Ocwen Loan
Servicing, LLC, Sovereign Bank and Santander Bank, a copy of said Affidavit of
Service being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit
«B »
4. In excess of 40 days have passed since service of the Order and Rule upon the
Respondents, and no response has been filed.
5. Pursuant to the prayer for relief in the said Petition, it is appropriate to enter an
Order in the form attached.

Wherefore, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to make the prior Rule absolute
and issue an Order authorizing the personal representative, Sheree L. Fraker, to renounce
her right to administer the property located at 519 North Bedford Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, thereby forfeiting any rights or benefits in the real
estate and, further, avoiding any additional liability, indebtedness or claims associated
with the real estate, such as a deficiency judgment, thereby allowing the mortgage
holders to assume all rights and responsibilities relative to the real estate.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 8th day of October 2014, upon consideration of the Petition to
Renounce Right to Administer Property of No Value, a RULE is issued upon
Respondents to show cause the requested relief should not be granted. PETITIONER
shall effectuate service of this Order of Court upon Respondents and shall file proof of
service. Response by Respondents shall contain a proposed order.
