AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, Donald N. Zulli, Sr., by and through his attorneys, DETHLEFS PYKOSH SHOOK & MURPHY, by Darrell C. Dethlefs, Esquire, who respectfully moves that this court, pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §5512.2, schedule a review hearing for the purposes of terminating the Guardianship in this case, and in support of this motion represents: 1. On November 12, 2014, the Honorable Christyiee L. Peck entered an Order adjudicating Donald N. Zulli, Jr. an incapacitated person, and appointing Donald N. Zulli, Sr. Plenary Guardian of the Person and Estate. 2. On November 26, 2014, Donald N. Zulli, Jr., died, and a death certificate was issued on December 02, 2014. 3. Petitioner submits that the death of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., represents a change in the need of guardianship services, as required to schedule a review hearing under 20 Pa. C.S. §5512.2. Zulli, Jr., indicates that he is no longer incapacitated, allowing the Court to modify the existing guardianship order under 20 Pa. C.S. §5517. WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Donald N. Zulli, Sr., respectfully requests that this Honorable Court schedule a review hearing pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §5512.2, for the purpose of terminating the existing guardianship of Donald N.
