and that the ten(10) day notice to file the Status Report has expired. Accordingly, in accordance-with Rule
6.12 the Court is hereby notified of such delinquency and the undersigned requests that a Court conduct a
hearing to determine whether sanctions should be imposed upon the delinquent personal representative or
counsel for the delinquent personal representative.
