forever discharge the said James George Shoemaker, Executor as aforesaid,his heirs,
administrators, successors and assigns, of and from the said assets and/or sum of money so

whatsoever for or by reason thereof,and of and from every other act, matter,cause or thing
touching or concerning the same.
