HANSON, DECEASED NO. 13-970 MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE Now comes the Petitioner, Kathryn L. Johnson, by her Attorney, Forest N. Myers, Esquire and files the following motion: 1. Petitioner, on November 19, 2014, filed her Petition for Rule to Show Cause why she should not be authorized, as co-executrix of the Estate of Eugene R. Hanson, Deceased, to transfer the collection of firearms and military memorabilia in said estate to Sallows Military Museum, Alliance, Nebraska. 2. The Court, on November 19, 2014, issued its Order requiring the Respondent to file her Answer to the Petition within twenty days of service on her of the Petition. 3. Respondent was served a true copy of the Petition and Order by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested on November 28, 2014, at her address 800 Garland Street, Lakewood Colorado 80215, in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 403. A copy of the Certificate of Service with receipt is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4.
