Dear Sir or Madam:
Please be advised I am assisting Kristy Chubb, one of the co-executrixes of the above-referenced`;
estate. In furtherance thereto, I have enclosed a check in the amount of$35,916.06. I would
request that the check be applied as an initial payment regarding the anticipated inheritance taxes
that will be due. The actual Inheritance Tax Return itself should be filed within the next one to
two weeks. However, I did want to get this payment to you as soon as possible. I have also
enclosed a self-addressed envelope so that you may mail the receipt back to this office.
Should you have any questions or problems, you may feel free to contact me. Otherwise, I thank
