MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR TRASH/SEWER RATES

East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,by its attorneys JSDC
Law Offices,hereby files its claim for the trash/sewer rates charged against the real estate
h6reinafter described,located in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and sets forth its claim as follows:
Statement of Claim
1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is East Pennsboro
Township.
2. The Authority under and by virtue of which this trash/sewer rate was charged is as
follows: (a) Section 4 of the Act of 1045, P.L. 382, 53 P.S. §306,Municipalities
Authorities Act of 1945, as amended; and (b) Resolution No. 2014-04 of East
Pennsboro Township, adopted April 42, 2014, establishing the trash/sewer rates
and regulations of East Permsboro, Township for the trash/sewer system for the
Township of East Pennsboro, and authorizing the collection and enforcement of
trash/sewer rates in this manner prescribed by-law.
3. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done,by East Pennsboro
Township under the Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

have been done,and performed in due and legal form so as to entitle East
Pennsboro Township to a lien for the payment of the trash/sewer rates for which
this claim is filed.
4. The name of the owners or reputed owners, of the property against which this
claim is filed, is DONALD AND TERESA MACAULAY.
5. . The property.against which this claim is filed is known and numbered as 14
.BRIER ROAD, ENOLA,PA 17025.
6. This trash/sewer rate was charged.for trash/sewer services furnished to the above-
described property charged for the period commencing October:1, 1999 to and
including the present.
