Claimant SCE Construction ("claimant") is a sole proprietorship with his principal place of business at 439 Market Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070. ,2. The owner or reputed owner of the property subject to the lien is Robert Preston and Lorrie Preston, husband and wife, who reside at 289 Founders Way, West Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. On or about September 15, 2014, Claimant last provided labor and materials for and performed work at the subject property for which this claim is made. %� cet ys'�s t 4. Claimant files this claim under a written contract dated July 11, 2014, and amendments thereto, whereby claimant agreed to provide and furnish certain labor, material and services including, among other things, installation of cabinetry, counters, appliances, wood flooring, tile work, plumbing and installation of kitchen and bath accessories, drywall, radiant heating system, electrical work and other carpentry work, all of which were installed or performed by claimant and incorporated into owners' dwelling located at 289 Founders Way, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The kind and character of Claimant's work are more fully set forth in the original contract and additional statements thereto. A true and correct copy of these documents is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".. 5. The amount which continues to be due and owing to Claimant is $6,917.00. 6. Claimant is the sole contractor and therefore no Notice of Intention to file a Mechanics' Lien is required. 7. The improvements and property claimed to be subject to the lien is located at 289 Founders Way, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and bearing a tax parcel identification number 38-23-0571-001.U101. The property is more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and is incorporated herein by reference. WHEREFORE, Claimant, Kenneth Baker, t/s/b/a SCE Construction claims a lien upon the premises herein described in the amount of$6,917.00, plus interest and costs, against the owners.
