AND NOW, this 18t" day of December 2014, upon consideration of the Petition
to Renounce Right to Administer Property of No Value, and with no response having
been filed to the Petition by any interested party, the Petition's requested relief is
GRANTED. Sheree L. Fraker is hereby permitted to renounce, and is acknowledged as
having renounced, her right to administer the 519 North Bedford Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania property. Petitioner has forfeited any rights or benefits in the real estate
and avoids any further liability associated with the estate.
