Birth Name: The minor was named Graeme Caldwell Grainger at birth, and as of the date of this petition, the minor has always been known by that name. 3. Reason for Name Change: Petitioners seek to change said minor's name to Graeme Caldwell Murray Grainger and offer the following reason for seeking to do so: Graeme's maternal grandfather, James Ira Curtis Murray, known as `Papa' to the minor, passed away June 16th, 2014. Graeme was very close to his grandfather and wishes to honor him by adding his name Murray as a middle name. A handwritten note from Graeme explaining his desire for the name change is included. 6.
