sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all former wills and
codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM ONE: I hereby direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses, inheritance and estate taxes be paid by my hereinafter
named Executor as soon after my death as may be found convenient.
ITEM TWO: If my wife, IRIS M. PUNCH, is living on the
thirty-first (31st) day following my death, I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real, personal or mixed, whatsoever kind, wheresoever situate, and
from whatsoever source derived, unto my wife, IRIS M. PUNCH.
ITEM THREE: In the event my wife, IRIS M. PUNCH, is not
living on the thirty-first (31st) day following my death, then all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall go to my
children, Melinda L. Punch and Garrett F. Punch, IV, share and
share alike. In the event either of my children shall predecease
me, their share shall go to their issue, if, any, and if either
shall die without issue his/her share shall go to the survivor or
his/her issue.
ITEM FOUR: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint our
children, Melinda L. Punch and Garrett F. Punch IV of Steelton,
Pennsylvania, to be the Co-Executors of my estate, with power to
sell all real or personal property, at public or private sale.
They shall serve in, such capacity without the requirement of
providing a bond or surety. In the event either shall not survive
me or shall not choose to serve in such capacity, the other shall
serve as sole Executor or Executrix.

to be the First Codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated July 2, 1987.
I hereby revoke ITEM FOUR of my Will dated July 2, 1987, and substitute the following:
ITEM FOUR. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter,Melinda Sledzinski,as Executrix,under this my Last Will
and Testament. My Executrix shall not be required to enter bond or
furnish surety in any jurisdiction.
In all other respects,I do hereby ratify and confirm my Last Will and Testament dated July 2,
1987.
