I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done. 2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be converted into cash and for this purpose, I authorize and empower my personal representative hereinafter named, to sell any and all real estate, which I may own at the time of my r decease, as well as my personal property at either public or private sale or sales. - 1 - After my estate has been converted into cash, I direct that the same be converted into four (4) equal shares and that the same be paid out and distributed in the following manner, to wit: A.) WEBER. D.) I give and bequeath one (1) such equal share to my daughter, WANDA L. JULIAS. LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, ELEANOR C.
