LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EDWARD J. CLABAUGH
I, EDWARD J. CLABAUGH, of the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland, and
State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all
former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed,,chatsoeve£�nd

In the event, however, that my said wife should predecease me or should dig at+about We

same time as I do, such as in a disaster common to both of us, I give, devise and bequeath mysaid

Estate to my son, EDWARD J. CLABAUGH, JR., and my daughter, MOLLY A. HOCH, in
equal shares. In the event either of them has predeceased me, then all to the survivor of the two of
thein. In the event they have both predeceased me, then to the KENNEDY-KRIEGER
INSTITUTE. This gift is to be used for spinal cord research.
4.
Should either or both of my children be living in my residential property situate at 990
Eppley Road, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, at the time of my death,
then it is my express wish that either both of them be given an opportunity to take distribution in
kind of this property. It may be distributed to both as joint tenants with right of survivorship or as
tenants in common, or should one elect to purchase the other's interest, this shall be permissible,
also. In no event shall there be a distribution in kind if either party opposes it. This paragraph shall
not be considered a specific devise should my executor or executors decide to sell the residence
aforesaid. In any event, should any circumstance or set of circumstances lead my executor or
executors to believe it is in the best interests of my estate to sell the residential property aforesaid,
they shall have sole and absolute discretion in the matter and their decision shall be final.
5.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife ELIZABETH A. CLABAUGH, to be Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that my wife, ELIZABETH A. CLABAUGH, is

unable or unwilling to be Executrix, then I appoint my son, EDWARD J. CLABAUGH,JR., and
my daughter,MOLLY A. HOCH,to be the Co-Executors in her place and stead. I further direct
that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of Wills for
the purpose of administering my Estate.

because of motor skill difficulties have had my name subscribed for me and at my direction, and I
