Administratrix, to the extent of the sum of said distribution, against any and all losses, damages, costs,
verdicts,judgments, awards and expenses which the Administratrix may suffer, incur, be put to, pay or
lay out by reason of having made said distribution to the undersigned, and the undersigned agrees to
return said payment, to the Administratrix upon receipt of such a request from the Administratrix, if the
Administratrix determines that the distribution is in error.
It is the intention of the undersigned to be legally bound by this instrument.
