I am retired from the military service of the United States. FIRST I direct the payment of my debts and the expenses of my last illness and funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. As there is a cemetery lot owned by me and available for my interment at Saint Patrick's Cemetery,I authorize my personal representative to make the necessary arrangements for my interment,using funds from my estate,if necessary,for perpetual care and for a marker and inscription thereon. Evidence of any such distribution or the receipt therefor executed by the person to whom the distribution is �I 1 made shall be a full discharge of my Executor from any liability with respect thereto, even though my Executor may be such person. MEZEWSKI,to serve as Executor of my estate. In the event that he is unable or unwilling to serve for any reason whatsoever,I nominate my niece,CHRISTINE MEZEWSKI,to serve as my Executrix in his place. I relieve the aforementioned from the necessity of posting security in connection with the duties of executing my estate in any jurisdiction in which she or he is called upon to act insofar as I am able by law to so do. FIFTH My Executrix or Executor shall have all the powers vested in them by law and by other provisions of this will,applicable to all property,real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever situate,whether principal or income,exercisable without court approval,and effective, with respect to each item of said property,until actual distribution thereof. SIXTH Any and all payment or payments of any sum or sums,whether in cash or in kind and whether for principal or income,payable to my beneficiaries,shall be made upon the sole receipt of the respective beneficiary to whom the payment is made, and free from anticipation,alienation,attachment,and pledge,and free from control by the creditors of any such beneficiary. All shares of principal and income herein given shall be free from anticipation,assignment, pledge,or obligations of any beneficiary,and shall not be subject to any execution or attachment. SEVENTH I grant to my Executor all powers conferred on executors under the Pennsylvania Probate,Estates and Fiduciaries Code,as amended,or any successor thereto,and all the powers conferred upon executors,wherever my Executor may act.
