PETITION TO TRANSFER TITLE
On December 22, 2011, I purchased a 1991 Chevrolet Camaro RS, VIN #
1G1FP23T9ML179224 (Attached), from Mr. Rick Herman McAlisterville, PA (Receipt
attached) that he had listed 011 Craigslist. He had purchased the vehicle from Total Resource
Repossession, LLC (Receipt attached). The vehicle was repossessed by Total Resource
Repossession, LLC. for being abandoned on private property (Notice attached).
I have stored the vehicle at my property in Mechanicsburg since then. During that time, I found
the owners name and tried to make contact through the attached letters that were sent to his last
known address, his fathers address and an uncles address (letters attached). I received no
response and one of the letters was returned (Attached).
I have approximately $3000.00 in purchase, towing and storage expenses for this vehicle. I
would now like to obtain a title in my name for this vehicle.
