PETITION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
NOW COMES Shaun E. O'Toole, Esquire of the Law Office of Shaun E. O'Toole
("Petitioner"), and files the following Petition to Make Rule Absolute, and states as follows:
1. On November 12, 2014, Petitioner filed with this Court a Petition for Leave to
Withdraw as Legal Counsel ("Petition"), seeking leave to withdraw as legal counsel for Robert
M. N1um.ma, II in the above-captioned matter.
2. On November 18, 2014, the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. i�sued a Rule to Show
Cause upon every party of interest to show cause why the relief sought in the Petition should not
be granted; said Rule to Show Cause was returnable in fifteen(15) days. A copy of the Rule to
Show Cause is attached as Exhibit"A."
3. The Clerk of this Court made service of the Rule to Show Cause upon every party
of interest in this matter, and to date, no party of interest has filed an Answer or any other
response to the Rule to Show Cause alleging cause why the relief sought by Petitioner should not
be granted.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court make absolute the Rule to

Show Cause entered on November 18, 2014 and enter an Order permitting Petitioner to withdraw
as counsel to Robert M. Mumma, II in the above-captioned matter.
