WAIVER OF LIENS
Whereas, Scott Shirley and Stephanie Shirley(Owners)entered into a ContractwA—
Farinelli Construction,Inc.(General Contractor) to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for the erection, construction, alteration, or repair of the structure located at 798
Cottage Book Lane,Mechanicsburg,Upper Ailen Township,County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 17055,and more particularly described in Exhibit A
attached hereto.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties, as part of
the Contract and for the consideration therein set forth,that neither the undersigned contractor,
any subcontractor or material man,nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the
contractor under the contract may file a lien, commonly called a mechanics'lien, for work done
or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary for the
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with the requirements of
Section 402 of the Mechanics'Lien Law of 1963, codified at 49 P.S. §1402(Pardon 1965), of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Gqneral Contractor hereto,intending to be legally bound,

Pennsylvania, Tax Parcel Number 42-31-2151-259, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the right-of-way line of Cottage Brook Lane (50' ROW) at the
northwestern corner of Lot 4 on the above-referenced Plan; thence along said Lot 4, South 10 degrees 29
minutes 43 seconds East 147.69 feet to a marker; thence along land now or formerly of Jeffrey A. Marks &
Kathryn N. Marks, South 61 degrees 44 minutes 25 seconds West 153.02 feet to an Axle (found); thence
along land now orformerly of S. Bradley Replogle and land now or formerly of Shannon Zimmerman, North 11
degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West 287.44 feet to a marker; thence along Lot 6 on the above-referenced
Plan, South 84 degrees 45 minutes 23 seconds East 108.45 feet to a concrete monument; thence along the
right-of-way line of said Cottage Brook Lane on a line curving to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc
