MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM
Coleman Floor Company, through the undersigned counsel, files this claim against the
property at 608 Keswick Court, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, for the payment of a debt due to
Claimant as a subcontractor for supplying building products used in the construction of the
building at the aforesaid property. In support of the claim, the Claimant makes the following
statement:
1. The name of the Claimant is Coleman Floor Company, 3356 Lincoln Highway
East,Paradise,Pennsylvania, 17562.
2. The owner of the property is Salman Lateef.
3. The aforesaid Owner has reported an address of 608 Keswick Court,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
4. The property which is subject to this claim is located at 608 Keswick Court,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. It is believed that the property was acquired by Deed recorded in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office under Instrument Number 201413223.

5. The materials for which the debt is due consisted of various building materials
and flooring.
6. The Claimant's last delivery to the property was on or about June 30, 2014.
7. Claimant contracted with Classic Communities Corporation to furnish building
materials and flooring at the property located at 608 Keswick Court, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
8. Pursuant to 49 P.S. §1501, Claimant provided preliminary notice of intent to file
this lien to all required parties on or about November 26, 2014; a true and correct copy of such
notice is attached hereto as Exhibit"A".
9. The materials for which the debt is due were furnished for the agreed sum of Four
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($4,374.44) plus interest
pursuant to contract(s), evidenced by invoices; a copy of said invoices are attached as Exhibit

10. There is due and owing a balance of Four Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four
Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($4,374.44)plus interest for which claim is made.

2. The entity with whom Stock Building Supply contracted is Classic Communities Corporation.

4. Stock Building Supply provided building products used in construction work at the property.
