Stock Building Supply, through the undersigned counsel, files this claim against the
property at Copper Ridge, 303 Dougherty Drive, Lemoyne, PA 17043, for the payment of a debt
due to Claimant as a subcontractor for supplying building products used in the construction of
the building at the aforesaid property. In support of the claim, the Claimant makes the following
statement:
1. The name of the Claimant is Stock Building Supply, 10589 Redoubt Road,
Manassas, Virginia, 20110.
2. The owner of the property is Classic at Copper Ridge Limited Partnership.
3. The aforesaid Owner has reported an address of 2151 Linglestown Road, Suite
300, Harrisburg,PA 17110.

4. The property which is subject to this claim is located at Copper Ridge, 303
Dougherty Drive, Lemoyne, PA 17043. It is believed that the property was acquired by Deed
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office under Instrument Number
200746112.
5. The,materials for which the debt is due consisted of various building materials.
6. The Claimant's last delivery to the property was on or about July 1, 2014.

7. Claimant contracted with Classic Communities Corporation to furnish building
materials and flooring at the property located at Copper Ridge, 303 Dougherty Drive, Lemoyne,
PA 17043
8. Pursuant to 49 P.S. §1501, Claimant provided preliminary notice of intent to file
this lien to all required parties on or about November 26, 2014; a true and correct copy of such
notice is attached hereto as Exhibit"A".
9. The materials for which the debt is due were furnished for the agreed sum of
Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Six Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($11,616.72) plus interest
pursuant to contract(s), evidenced by invoices; a copy of said invoices are attached as Exhibit
«B"
10. There is due and owing a balance of Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Six Dollars
and Seventy-Two Cents ($11,616.72)plus interest for which claim is made.
