Motion To Make Rule Absolute, following a telephone conference with Forest N. Myers, Esq.,
on behalf of Petitioner, and James D. Hughes, Esq., on behalf of Respondent, and pursuant to an
agreement of counsel, it is hereby ordered that
(1) Petitioner's Motion To Make Rule Absolute is deemed moot in light of the filing of
Respondent's Answer and Cross Petition; and
(2) A hearing on the Petition shall remain as previously scheduled for January 15, 2015,
in Courtroom 6 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, at 9:00 a.m.
