ORDER
AND NOW, this 30th day of December, 2014, upon consideration of the foregoing Cross
Petition, following a telephone conference with James D. Hughes, Esq., on behalf of Cross-
Petitioner, and Forest N. Myers, Esq., on behalf of Cross-Respondent, on this date, and pursuant
to an agreement of counsel, it is hereby ordered that
(1) A rule is issued upon the Cross-Respondent to show cause why the Cross-Petitioner is
not entitled to the relief requested;
(2) The Cross-Respondent shall file an answer to the Cross Petition within ten days of the
date of this order;
(3) The Cross Petition shall be decided under Pa.R.C.P. No. 206.7;
(4) An evidentiary hearing on disputed issues of material fact shall be held on January
15, 2015 in Courtroom 6 of the Cumberland County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m.; and
(5) Notice of Entry of this Order shall be provided to all parties by the Cross-Petitioner.
