ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that:
1. The relief requested in the Petition is granted;
2. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Guardian of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely,
is hereby authorized to expend principal of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely in an amount not
to exceed$34,000 for payment of the life insurance premium due January 1, 2015 regarding
MetLife insurance policy 934 900 570 PR;
3. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Guardian of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely,
is hereby authorized to expend principal of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely in an ongoing
amount necessary for the payment of the ongoing annual life insurance premiums regarding
MetLife insurance policy 934 900 570 PR, subject to any dividend reductions or offsets in annual
premium that Petitioner so elects;
4. The Court will decide at a later date whether it would be appropriate to seek
reimbursement from Samuel Scott Knisely for his pro rata share of any life insurance premiums
paid out of the guardianship funds by Petitioner.
5. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Guardian of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely,
is hereby authorized to expend principal of the Estate of Kathleen M. Knisely in an amount not
to exceed $3,095.00 for payment of legal fees and court costs to Rhoads & Sinon LLP upon
being provided with satisfactory evidence of actual legal time and costs incurred.
