Dear Register of Wills:
Our office represented the purchaser of property sold by the Estate of Betty Petty. Said property
is known as 247 H Street, Carlisle, PA. The attorney for the estate has failed to tile an
inheritance tax return.
Enclosed please find a prepayment of inheritance taxes for the Estate in the amount of$2558.81.
This amount is being paid to cover any inheritance taxes due regarding the sale of the property in
order to release any liens against the property for inheritance taxes. Not having represented the
estate we cannot prepare the inheritance tax return.
Please send a receipt in the enclosed self-addressed envelope.
