LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES J. WITTERS

I, CHARLES J. WITTERS, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and ~isposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my .
last Will and Testament.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as~oon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done.

my wIfe, Janet T. Witters, absolutely and unconditionally.

In the event that my said wife should predecease me, or should
she die at about the same time as I do, such as in an accident common
to both of us, then in such event, I give, devise and bequeath my
entire estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, to my
children, share and share alike.

Should my wife so predecease me, then in such event, I nominate,
constitute and appoint my son, Thomas L. Witters, guardian of the person
and estate of my children, for and during the term of their minority,
hereby directing my said son as guardian, to expend the principal as well
as the income of each child's respective estate to ensure their con~ortable
care, support, maintenance and education, with particular emphasis to the
expenditure of said funds in securing a college education for my said
children, including also, professional and technical training after their
graduation from High School. In this respect also, I direct that my
said son be permitted to serve in such capacity without the necessity

or requirement of posting bond or other security.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and apPQint my wife, Janet I.
Witters, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and in the
event that my said wife should predecease me, or should'she be unable
or unwilling to serve in such capacity for any reason, then in such
event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Thomas L. 1tIitters,
Executor of this my last Will and Testament, in her place and stead.
IN WITNESS vlHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
