On April 30, 2007, in consideration of a loan in the principal amount of$116,000.00, the Defendant executed and delivered to Countrywide Bank, FSB a note(the"Note")with interest thereon at 5.750 percent per annum, payable as to the principal and interest in equal monthly installments of$676.94 commencing June 1, 2007.BANK OF AMERICA,N.A.; SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING,LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP Noteholder, directly or through an agent,has possession of the Promissory Note.The Promissory Note has been duly endorsed.The Note is attached hereto as Exhibit`B"and made a part hereof. 5.
