I, CLARK S . BAKER, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will
previously made by me.
ITEM I : I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease from the residue of my estate.
ITEM II : I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows :
A. Fifty (500) percent to my daughter, MARILYN L.
VANDERZEE.
B. Fifty (50%) percent to my grandchildren, VICKI KUNKEL,
JEFF VANDERZEE, LEIGH GOAS, LISA STARSINIC, KAREN BERQUIST, and AIMEE
SILK.
ITEM III : I appoint my granddaughter, LEIGH GOAS, Executrix of
this my last will .
ITEM IV: I direct that my Executrix retain David H. Stone,
Esquire, to aid in the administration of my estate .
ITEM V: No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter security for the faithful performance of his or her duties
in any jurisdiction.

I, CLARK S. BAKER, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare this to be the
Sole Codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated March 8, 2011 .
ITEM I : I hereby revoke Item II (A) of my Last Will and
Testament and in its place there shall be a new Item II (A) which
shall provide as follows :
"Item II (A) : Fifty (50%) percent, IN TRUST, for my
daughter, MARILYN L. VANDERZEE, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest
the percentage so received, and the accumulation of income thereon.
The Co-Trustees shall distribute so much of the income and the
principal of the trust as the Co-Trustees shall in their sole and
absolute discretion deem advisable for the support of my daughter,
MARILYN L. VANDERZEE, after taking into account all other available
resources and sources of income including entitlement to government
benefits such as Supplemental Security Income, Medical Assistance,
General Assistance, AFDC, Food Stamps, Mental Health/Mental
Retardation Services, Children and Youth Services, Vocational
Rehabilitation Services, Attendant Care, or any other type of
government benefit or services . It is my intent that this trust
shall supplement and not supplant otherwise available government
benefits . Upon the death of my daughter, MARILYN L. VANDERZEE, the
then remaining principal and accumulated income shall be
distributed to such of my grandchildren, VICKI KUNKEL, JEFF
VANDERZEE, LEIGH GOAS, LISA STARSINIC, KAREN BERQUIST, and AIMEE
SILK, as are then living.

My granddaughters, LEIGH GOAS and LISA STARSINIC, or the
survivor of them, shall serve as Co-Trustees . "
ITEM II : In all other respects I hereby ratify, confirm and
republish my Last Will and Testament dated March . 8, 2011,
together with this my sole codicil .
