William L. Grubb, Esquire, hereby respectfully petitions this Honorable
Court for Leave to Withdraw Appearance as Counsel for the Executor, Gilbert E. Murray,
and in support, avers as follows:
1. Heather L. Turby, deceased on September 12, 2014.
2. A PETITION FOR GRANT OF LETTERS was filed with the Register of Wills
of Cumberland County on September 16, 2014, by Gilbert E. Murray.
3. LETTERS TESTEMENTARY were granted to Gilbert E. Murray by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County on September 23, 2014.
4. Gilbert E. Murray, Executor of the Estate of Heather L. Turby,
subsequently expressed his desire to administer the estate without
benefit of counsel, and dismissed the Petitioner as Counsel.
5. Gilbert E. Murray, Executor, executed a PRAECIPE TO ENTER
APPEARANCE representing himself prose on November 13, 2014.
6. Petitioner William L. Grubb, Esquire, executed a PRAECIPE TO
WITHDRAW APPEARANCE on November 13, 2014.
7. The above mentioned PRAECIPE was filed with the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County on November 18, 2014, a copy of
which is attached as Exhibit"A".
8. The Register of Wills of Cumberland County continues to direct
communications to this Petitioner and has declined to respect the
directions of Gilbert E. Murray, Executor, and this Petitioner. A
copy of such communications is attached as Exhibit"B".
9. Gilbert E. Murray continues to act, or fails to act, in matters of the
administration of the Estate without the advice of or notice to this
Petitioner.
10. Petitioner has been discharged and "shall withdraw from the
representation of a client if: . . . the lawyer is discharged."
Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.16(a)(3).
11. Petitioner's continued representation of Gilbert E. Murray,
Executor, has been rendered unreasonably difficult by virtue of the
client's conduct, and good cause exists therefore under Rule
1.16(b)(6) of the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct for
petitioner's withdrawl of appearance.
12. Petitioner's continued representation "will result in an
unreasonable financial burden" to the Petitioner,' and good cause
exists therefore under Rule 1.16(b)(6) of the Pennsylvania Rules of
Professional Conduct for petitioner's withdrawl of appearance.
13. The Estate of Heather L. Turby is solvent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, William L. Grubb, Esquire, respectfully requests
this Honorable Court for leave to withdraw his appearance for Gilbert E.
Murray, Executor.

As per the AMENDMENTS TO SUPREME COURT ORPHANS ' COURT RULES,
NO. 103 SUPREME COURT RULES DOCKET NO. 1 , for decedents dying on
or after July 1 , 1992 , the personal representative or his
councel , within ten (10) days after giving proper notice to the
beneficiaries and intestate heirs as .required by subdivision
(a) of Rule 5 . 7 , shall file with the Register of Wills or Clerk
of the Orphans , Court his/her Certification of Notice .
