AND NOW, this 5th day of January, 2015, at the
scheduled time for the hearing on the Petition for Adjudication
of Incapacity it being represented by Petitioner ' s counsel that
the alleged incompetent person, Richard J. Scott, has passed away
this weekend, and the Petitioner seeking to withdraw the
petition, which is unopposed by court-appointed counsel,
Mark F. Bayley, Esquire, who notes in his meeting with Mr. Scott
that the petition had on its face merit, the request to withdraw
the petition is granted. The Petition for Adjudication of
Incapacity and Appointment of a Plenary Guardian of the Person
and Estate of Richard J. Scott is dismissed.
