Please issue a Writ of Scire Facias to the Defendants, Tim R. Spinkle and Antoinette
Sprinkle,to file an affidavit of defense of the claim, if defense they have thereto,within fifteen days
after service of the writ, concerning the following claim:
Township of Upper Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on July 2, 2004,
filed its claim in our Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, at No. 04-
3083 MLD, for the sum of$431.75 plus costs and interest, for charges assessed
with respect to sewer and/or water rates, from April 1,2003 to March 31, 2004,
for the property situate at 8 Reynolds Street, Mechanicsburg PA 17055 (Tax
Parcel Number 42-26-0241-020), owned or reputed to be owned by Tim R.
Sprinkle and Antoniette Sprinkle, Defendants.

Greeting:
WHEREAS, the Township of Upper Allen; Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on July 2,
2004, filed its claim in our Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, at No. 04-3083
MLD, for the sum of$431.75 plus costs and interest; for charges assessed with respect to sewer
and/or water rates, from April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2004,for the property situate at 8 Reynolds
Street, Mechanicsburg PA 17055 (Tax Parcel Number-42-26-0241-020), owned or reputed to be
owned by you;
WHEREAS,the Township of Upper Allen has incurred $19.00 in costs to file said claim;
WHEREAS, interest and penalty continue to accrue on said claim;
AND WHEREAS, We have been given to understand that said claim is still due and
unpaid, and remains a lien against said property;
Now, you are hereby notified to file your affidavit of defense to said claim, if defense you
have thereto, in the office of the prothonotary of our said court, within fifteen days after the
service of this writ upon you. If no affidavit of defense be filed within said time,judgment may
be entered against you for the whole claim, and the property described in the claim be sold to
recover the amount thereof.
