I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done. 2. My trustee shall be authorized to use such funds for educational purposes only. Education may include clerkships,vocational/technical training, apprenticeships and internships, as well as college. My trustee shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine what is acceptable for educational purposes and may make payments for such purposes directly to the beneficiary or to any service provider or institution as my trustee,in her sole and absolute discretion,deems best. Upon the beneficiary's attaining the age of twenty-two (22)years, any then remaining principal and income shall be paid over to such beneficiary outright and absolutely. In the event any of the said beneficiaries survive me but then subsequently die before attaining the age of twenty-two (22),his or her share, as the case may be, shall then be proportionally divided among my other great grandchildren then surviving. 4. I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,ANN MAY BYRUM, also known as ANNA MAY BYRUM,Trustee, for the aforementioned purposes. In the event that she is unable or unwilling to act as such Trustee, I appoint my granddaughter, DENISE C. MULL,to be Trustee in her place and stead. 5. I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter, ANN MAY BYRUM, also known as ANNA MAY BYRUM, to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament. In the event that she should predecease me or for any reason be unwilling or unable to act as such Executrix, I nominate,constitute and appoint my granddaughter,DENISE C.MULL,to be Executrix in her place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.
