Enclosed herewith is a copy of the First and Final Account and Schedule of Proposed
Distribution of the Estate of Mary Jane Lindemuth.
NOTICE is hereby given that PNC Bank, National Association, Administrator of the
Estate of Ma:y Jane L:n�emuth, has filed the First and Final A�count and S�hednle of Prapose�
Distribution in the aforesaid Estate at the Office of the Register of Wills (Clerk of Courts),
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The First and Final Account and Schedule of Proposed
Distr�bution will be presented for confirmation to the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania on January 13, 2015.
The Court will be asked to approve the Account as stated and order final distributions as
presented. Copies of the Account, Will and Petition for Adjudication are enclosed. Questions
Presented for Adjudication include: 1. Distribution of Nancy J. (Toribio) Myers' 20% residual
share toward restitution payment; 2. Disqualify Ms. Myers from Receiving a Share of the
Restitution Payments; and 3. Closure of the Estate with Remaining Restitution Payments Made
Directly to Residual Beneficiaries.
If after reviewing the account you have any questions, please contact me so that I may try
to answer them. You may attend the audit if you desire, but it will not be necessary for you to do
so. If you have any objection to any transaction shown in the account or omitted from the
account, you must file with the Register of Wills (Clerk of the Orphan's Court Division)
objections thereto in writing prior to audit, or appear in person or by counsel and present your
written objections to the court at the audit. ln absence of written objections, You will be sent
your distribution check after the accounting is accepted by the Orphans' Court.
