Free, an adult individual of Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with McNaughton Homes of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvements, situated in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,and bounded and described as follows: Lot No. 147 as depicted on the Final Subdivision Plan for Good Hope Farms South Phases XIV & XV, which is recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on January 8, 2013 under Instrument Number 201300797. UNDER AND SUBJECT TO: (a) Any and all easements, licenses, leases, exceptions, reservations, covenants, agreements,conveyances and restrictions which affect the premises and are visible by inspection of the premises.
