The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is East Pennsboro Township. 2. The Authority under and by virtue of which this trash/sewer rate was charged is as follows: (a) Section 4 of the Act of 1945,F.L. 382, 53 P.S. §306, Municipalities Authorities Act of 1945, as amended; and (b) Resolution No.2014-04 of East Pennsboro Township, adopted April 12, 2014,establishing the trash/sewer rates and regulations of East Pennsboro Township for the trash/sewer system for the Township of East Pennsboro, and authorizing the collection and enforcement of trash/sewer.rates in this manner prescribed by law. 3. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done by East Pennsboro Township under the Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitle East Pennsboro Township to a lien for the payment of the trash/sewer rates for which this claim is filed. 4. The name of the owners or reputed owners, of the property against which this claim is filed, is JEFFREY A.PARKER AND COURTNEY A. PARKER 5. The property against which this claim is filed is known and numbered as 713 MANOR ROAD, CAMP BILL,PA 17011. 6. This trash/sewer rate was charged for trash/sewer services furnished to the above- described property charged for the period commencing July 1,2002 to and including the present. Rental,Penalties,Interest, Collection Fee and Costs Through June 3,2015 Sheriffs Sale Trash/Sewer Rents and Penalties as of 1/13/2015 $ 3,757.46 Estimated Trash/Sewer Rents and Penalties For1St and 2nd Quarter 2015 $ 303.60 Attorney's Fees through June 3, 2015 Sheriff Sale $ 3.625.00 TOTAL: _ $ 7,686.06 Plus additional attorneys' fees and costs incurred by East Pennsboro Township in collection of the above claim in accordance with the authorized Resolution 2014-04 of East Pennsboro Township.
