Rule 6.9 ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, thi/ da�January, 2015, the herein account is confirmed absolutely and distribution is decreed as follows: 1. That Ms. Nancy J. (Toribio) Myers is hereby disqualified from receiving a Twenty Percent (20%) share of the residual estate as listed in Paragraph VI of Decedant's Last Will and Testament,dated December 30, 1994;and 2. That said 20% residual share be reapportioned between the remaining nine (9) residual beneficiaries such that they receive 100%of the residual estate,as follows: Ellen G. That the Administrator is directed to distribute $26,614.66, directly to the Clerk of Courts, so that it may be applied toward Ms. Nancy J. (Toribio) Myers' outstanding restitution order; and 4. That any and all rights held by the Estate relating to Ms. Nancy J. (Toribio)Myers' theft of the Decedent's assets, including but not limited to,the direct receipt of all payments to be distributed from the Clerk of Courts, be assigned to the remaining 9 residual beneficiaries listed above;and 5. That the Administrator is hereby discharged of the Estate of Mary Jane Boust Lindemuth, Deceased,and that it be released from all future liability. By the Court, Judge
